By entering syncrob.it or visiting our venue (the “Club”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from visiting or using our online services.

Admission & Eligibility

Entry to Syncrob is strictly limited to guests aged 21 and above. Valid identification may be required at the door. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at its discretion.

Services & Bookings

Syncrob offers live performances, table bookings, private events, and VIP experiences. Reservations can be made online or on-site. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by management.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds are provided only in cases of event cancellation by Syncrob. Prices are inclusive of applicable service charges and local taxes where required.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other patrons. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or any illegal activity will lead to immediate removal from the premises. Management reserves the right to deny future access to any individual violating club policies.

Photography & Media

Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the club unless explicitly authorized. Syncrob may capture photos or promotional materials within the venue; by entering, you consent to incidental inclusion in such content.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data (such as contact details used for reservations) is processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share guest information with third parties without consent.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 and above. Syncrob reserves the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication or disorderly behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Syncrob and its staff are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests enter and participate in events at their own risk. The club’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All images, branding, and creative content related to Syncrob — including logo, visuals, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of Syncrob Club. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external sites or event partners. Syncrob is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms. Use them at your own discretion.

Dress Code

Smart and stylish attire is encouraged. The management reserves the right to deny entry to guests not adhering to the club’s dress standards.

Force Majeure

Syncrob is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including power outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on syncrob.it. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
